Sequel to the Covid-19 pandemic currently ravaging the world, the National Executive Council of Government College Ibadan Old Boys Association has approved that the 2020 National reunion/91st Anniversary of the Association be held virtually.

The two major events approved to virtually hold are the Annual Public Lecture and Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place on Saturday, 28th November, 2020 and Saturday, 5th December, 2020 respectively, both on the Zoom App platform.

The topic of the Public Lecture is 'The Role of Alumni in Restoring the Lost Glory of our Secondary Schools in Nigeria: Government College Ibadan as a case study.'; to be delivered by Mr. Jimi Awosika, frpa, Vice - Chairman, Troyka Group and member of 1967 Set of Government College Ibadan. This Lecture will start by 2.00pm.
